The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death of a 14-year-old Palestinian boy who was fatally shot in the head by Israeli forces during the early hours of Thursday while they raided the city of Qalqilya.
The young teenager, Fares Abu Samra, 14, lost his life due to a severe head injury sustained during clashes that erupted in Qalqilya as a response to the Israeli military’s incursion.
In a separate incident earlier, a Palestinian youth from the town of Sebastia, north of Nablus, was killed when Israeli forces opened fire on him.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has condemned the Israeli army’s actions and held the Netanyahu government responsible for the tragic loss of the young man’s life.
In yet another heart-wrenching funeral, Palestinians gathered at the Jalazone refugee camp, north of Ramallah, to bid farewell to another Palestinian boy who was fatally shot by Israeli soldiers during clashes in the town of Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah.
