Israeli Businessman Killed in Egypt

An Israeli businessman was reportedly murdered in Alexandria, Egypt, as per local media reports on Tuesday evening.

The motives behind the killing are currently unknown.

Israel’s Foreign Ministry confirmed awareness of the incident, stating that the matter is being addressed by the Israeli Embassy in Cairo and the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem.

According to reports, the victim owned a company specializing in the export of fruits and vegetables and had been operating in Egypt for over nine years.

Egyptian authorities are actively investigating the murder to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.

Reports suggest that the businessman, who frequently visited Egypt, had entered the country using a Canadian passport.

He often shared photos on social media from his trips to Egypt, including pictures with his wife.
