Iraqi President Abdul Latif Jameel Rasheed reaffirms Iraq’s rejection of using its territory to launch attacks or threaten any neighboring country.

President Rasheed emphasizes Iraq’s security, stability, and current focus on solidifying stability, enhancing services, and developing infrastructure.

Iraq opposes the use of its soil for attacks or threats against neighboring states, urging Kurdish residents from Iran and Turkey to respect this principle.

The international coalition’s presence in Iraq is governed by an agreement with the Iraqi government, with any decision on its presence or departure being the government’s, in coordination with political forces and parliament.

Iraq seeks strong diplomatic, political, economic, and trade relations with the United States while asserting its independence in decision-making to avoid unwanted foreign interventions.

Iraqi security forces are capable of addressing internal and external challenges effectively.

Regarding the Palestinian issue, Iraq maintains a steadfast stance supporting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to live peacefully and freely in their state on Palestinian land, condemning aggression against Gaza vehemently.
