Hezbollah vowed to “continue” its military operations against Israel in support of Gaza. This pledge came after the simultaneous explosion of communication devices held by Hezbollah members in various parts of Lebanon, which resulted in at least nine deaths and around 3,000 injuries.

In a statement, Hezbollah emphasized that its units “will continue today, as in all previous days, their operations” to support Gaza, stressing that “this course of action will continue, and it is separate from the reckoning that the enemy must await for its massacre on Tuesday… This is another matter, and it is coming, God willing.”

According to “Cairo News,” quoting Reuters, Hezbollah’s Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah is expected to issue a statement on Thursday regarding the explosions of wireless communication devices in Lebanon.

On Tuesday, a series of explosions struck Hezbollah strongholds across Lebanon, killing at least nine people and injuring nearly 3,000. Hezbollah blamed Israel for the blasts, stating that the explosions were caused by booby-trapped communication devices, allegedly planted by Israeli intelligence. The explosions primarily hit Hezbollah members and their communication systems, delivering a significant blow to the group’s operational capabilities.

The attack came just as Israel announced it was broadening its war aims to include fighting Hezbollah along its northern border, beyond its existing military operations in Gaza. The ongoing clashes between Israeli forces and Hezbollah have led to increased tensions, with frequent exchanges of fire across the Israel-Lebanon border since the conflict began in October. Both sides have suffered casualties, with the risk of a broader conflict looming.
