Hezbollah claimed to have successfully targeted the Beit Hillel command center, causing casualties among Israeli soldiers at the Jal al-Alam, al-Marj, and Ramim posts. The group utilized Burkan missiles to strike the Ramim post, boasting that all attacks resulted in “direct hits.”
In response, Israel launched airstrikes on Mays al-Jabal, al-Labbouneh, Kfarshouba, Houla, Tayr Harfa, and the outskirts of al-Naqoura.
The heightened tensions follow Monday’s events when Hezbollah targeted four posts in northern Israel, three of which were in the occupied Shebaa Farms. Israel retaliated by striking the “sources” of rocket launches and additional areas in Lebanon, including Hezbollah targets.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, commenting on the situation on Monday, stated that a complete victory in Gaza would deal a fatal blow to what he referred to as “the axis of evil” comprising Iran, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Hamas.
The ongoing conflict raises concerns about the stability of the region, with both sides engaging in tit-for-tat attacks, further exacerbating tensions.
