Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the loss of five more soldiers in the ongoing battles for control in the northern Gaza Strip.

These recent casualties, predominantly composed of reserve soldiers from the armored division, were called into duty following Hamas attack on October 7.

The toll of these individuals brings the total number of military fatalities to 25 since the initiation of the ground operation into Gaza.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, acknowledging the gravity of the situation, expressed the collective grief of the nation, stating, “We know that every soldier is a whole world. The entire nation of Israel embraces you, the families, from the bottom of our hearts.”

The conflict in Gaza continues to escalate, intensifying the toll on both military and civilian populations. The global community watches closely as the region grapples with the human cost of this ongoing conflict.
