Tunisian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Moncef Boukthir, and French Ambassador to Tunisia Anne Gueguen emphasized the necessity of implementing effective mechanisms to bolster cooperation in the fields of higher education and scientific research, given its significance in developing human resources.
The Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education announced that this was discussed during Boukthir’s meeting with Ambassador Gueguen and her accompanying delegation.
Both parties praised the level of cooperation between the two nations in higher education and scientific research, noting its diversity, dynamism, and the variety of joint academic and research activities, both bilaterally and multilaterally.
The discussions also covered key joint projects in higher education and scientific research between the two countries and explored ways to overcome any challenges.
Additionally, preparations for the upcoming Tunisian-French High Council for Cooperation, scheduled to take place in Paris later this year, were reviewed.
