The Russian Investigative Committee announced on Friday that evidence has been uncovered indicating that the perpetrators of the Moscow concert hall attack were intending to cross into Ukraine to collect their reward.

According to the committee’s statement on their Telegram channel, the terrorists, acting on instructions from a coordinator, traveled in a vehicle towards the Russian-Ukrainian border following the commission of the crime. Their objective was to cross the border and reach Kiev, where they were promised a reward.

The committee revealed that a man, who identified himself using a pseudonym, facilitated the coordination of the terrorists’ activities both during the preparation phase and after the assault on the concert venue. This coordination was conducted through audio messages exchanged on Telegram.
