Tensions escalated in the West Bank near Nablus as Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian man during confrontations.
Mohammad Abdul Hakim Nada, aged 23, was fatally shot in the chest when clashes erupted after Israeli troops entered the Al-Ain refugee camp and surrounded a house.
He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
In response to the incident, the Israeli army conducted a large-scale detention campaign, arresting 39 Palestinians across the West Bank.
Nine people were detained in Bethlehem, including a 16-year-old, and seven in Tubas. Eight individuals were taken from Jenin, three from Al-Bireh, and eight from Jerusalem, which also included two minors aged 16 and 17.
Furthermore, on the same day, 390 Israeli settlers entered the compound of the Al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy police protection, as reported by local sources.
