The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza published its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and injured as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression, which has now entered its 377th day.
In a statement on its official Telegram channel on Thursday, the ministry announced that the Israeli occupation committed two massacres against families in Gaza. The hospitals received 29 martyrs and 93 injuries in the last 24 hours.
The ministry further stated that the total death toll from the Israeli assault since October 7 has risen to 42,438 martyrs, with 99,246 injuries reported.
The ministry also highlighted that many victims remain under the rubble or in areas that ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach.
For the 13th consecutive day, Israeli forces continue their air, land, and sea bombardment of northern Gaza, conducting killings, house demolitions, and forced displacement. They have also blocked food, water, medicine, and fuel supplies.
According to WAFA, the Israeli army has adopted a systematic destruction policy in northern Gaza, particularly in the Jabalia camp, where 400,000 citizens are enduring a complete blockade. Despite being cut off from essential supplies for 13 days, the residents refuse to flee to the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Civil defense teams reported that 200,000 residents in Jabalia camp are living without food, water, or medicine for the 13th day. Despite the intense bombardment and pressure from the occupation forces, citizens remain determined not to leave their homes. The Israeli military has also requested the evacuation of hospitals in northern Gaza, including Kamal Adwan, the Indonesian hospital, and Al-Awda hospital, which were ordered to be cleared by October 10.
Since the start of the Israeli ground invasion of northern Gaza, Jabalia town and its camp have been under siege, with the occupation forces only allowing citizens to evacuate through Salah al-Din Street, which runs along the eastern part of the Gaza Strip from north to south.
