Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Jenin early Friday morning, surrounding a house before striking it with an Energa rocket.
According to a correspondent from “Roya,” an Israeli drone targeted a group of young men, resulting in their deaths near the Return Roundabout in the Jenin refugee camp.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that five Palestinians were martyred, and one was critically injured due to the occupation’s aggression in the city.
The Jenin Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades confirmed in a brief statement that they had discovered an Israeli force and engaged in a firefight in the Harsh Al-Saada area around the Jenin refugee camp.
“Our fighters are currently confronting the occupation forces in various combat zones, heavily firing at the infantry around the besieged house,” the battalion stated.
Early Friday, Israeli forces also raided the cities of Nablus and Qalqilya. In Nablus, several military vehicles entered the city, raiding the neighborhoods of Ras Al-Ein, Al-Dahiya, Khillat Al-Amoud, and Haret Al-Yasmina in the old town.
The incursions led to confrontations where Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition, sound bombs, and tear gas.
Similarly, in Qalqilya, Israeli forces entered with multiple vehicles, spreading through several neighborhoods and streets, and raiding multiple homes.
The West Bank is experiencing a wave of tension and field confrontations between Palestinians and the Israeli military, marked by frequent raids and arrests of Palestinians.
These events coincide with ongoing aggression in the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in tens of thousands of civilian casualties, primarily women and children.
