Undersecretary of the Libyan Interior Ministry, Faraj Qaim, announced that 18 tonnes of hashish and kilograms of cocaine were seized in Tobruk. The drugs also included thousands of narcotic pills.
Qaim called on citizens to report all those involved, adding that the operation was a success without any human damage.
“ We carried out a qualitative operation inside the port of Kampot against drug dealers and human smugglers,” he said.
