Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Walid bin Abdul Karim Al-Khuraiji welcomed his Iranian counterpart, Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs, Dr. Ali Reza Beykdely, and his accompanying delegation at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh on Wednesday.
The visit by the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs and his delegation marks the inauguration of the Iranian embassy in Riyadh and the Iranian consulate in Jeddah.
During the meeting, both sides expressed their aspirations to intensify consultative meetings and discuss potential avenues for cooperation to achieve more positive prospects for bilateral relations, serving the interests of both countries and their fraternal people.
