Saudi Arabia & Sudan Discuss Cooperation

Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, met with Sudan’s acting Foreign Minister, Hussein Awad Ali, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly’s High-Level Week in New York.

During the meeting, the two ministers discussed bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Sudan, as well as coordination efforts in regional and international forums.

They also reviewed the latest developments in Sudan, which has been embroiled in conflict and political instability.

Also present at the meeting were Saudi Arabia’s Permanent Representative to the UN in New York, Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasel, and Director General of the Foreign Minister’s Office, Abdulrahman Al-Dawood.
