Russian President Vladimir Putin has affirmed Moscow’s interest in establishing relations with NATO member countries.
During an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin on Russia-1 TV channel, Putin stated, “We are interested in developing relations with NATO countries,” as reported by the Russian news agency TASS.
Putin further emphasized that Russia has no interest or reason to engage in conflict with NATO member nations.
In the interview, Putin stated, “The entire NATO must understand that Russia has no geopolitical, economic, political, or military interest or reason to engage in hostilities with NATO countries,” according to TASS.
This statement underscores Russia’s openness to diplomacy and cooperation with NATO nations, signaling a potential shift in its approach to international relations.
