Libyan PM Meets African Union Delegation

Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh received the delegation of the African Union (AU) High-level Committee on Libya, led by Congo’s Foreign Minister.

The meeting touched upon the participation of the government in national unity in reconciliation.

It also reviewed work in this regard to prevent conflict, secure services, and start development projects equally in all parts of Libya.

Dbeibeh called on the committee to work closely from inside Libya and communicate with all segments of society.

Furthermore, the delegation delivered a written message from the Chairperson of the African Union Commission Moussa Faki Mahamat to the Prime Minister, who in turn invited the former to visit Libya.
