In a recent incident, an Israeli drone targeted an ambulance affiliated with the Amal Movement’s Islamic Risala Scout Association in the outskirts of Tayr Harfa, south Lebanon, resulting in four paramedics sustaining injuries ranging from light to moderate.
According to the National News Agency, the paramedics were attempting to evacuate the bodies of two Hezbollah fighters killed in an earlier Israeli attack on a motorbike, as well as wounded individuals from a house hit by an Israeli airstrike.
Israeli reports indicate that an Iron Dome missile was fired at a suspicious target along the Lebanon-Israel border, although Lebanese sources deny any rockets being launched from their side.
Earlier in the day, Israeli artillery shelled the outskirts of southern towns, including Marwahin, Dhayra, Talbsin, Alma al-Shaab, Naqoua, and al-Labbouneh.
Overnight, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for targeting Israeli troops inside a house in the Metulla settlement, causing “certain casualties.” This action was described as a response to the “killing of a number of civilians over the past days.”
