In a escalation of tensions, the Israeli army intensified its attacks today, Friday, on several villages in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli army opened fire on workers while they were repairing electrical faults in the town of Al-Adisa southwards, hitting the vehicle they were traveling in, without causing any injuries.

At the same time, the Israeli army targeted a truck carrying food supplies for the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in the town of Al-Adisa.

Israeli aircraft had conducted airstrikes yesterday, Thursday, targeting the western neighborhood of the town of Mayss Al-Jabal. Israeli planes also carried out an airstrike targeting the town of Yaroun, and another targeting the town of Khiam.

Israeli aircraft also raided the vicinity of the town of Ramiya, targeting “Khalat Warda,” and once again launched an airstrike targeting the vicinity of the towns of Yarin and Adaisseh near the water reservoir of the town of Yarin.
