The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced on Wednesday that the country’s oil revenues reached $7.179 billion for the month of June.
According to statistics released by the State Organization for Marketing of Oil (SOMO), the amount of crude oil exports amounted to 100,059,052 barrels, generating revenues of $7.179 billion.
The data also showed that the total amount of crude oil exported in June from oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to 98,725,620 barrels.
Meanwhile, the quantities loaded from the warehouses to Jordan amounted to 299,445 barrels. It was noted that the average price per barrel reached $71.75.
The Ministry of Oil detailed that the exported quantities were loaded by 33 multinational companies from several nationalities.
The export ports included Basra, Khor Al Zubair, single buoys in the Gulf, and the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, the modern Kirkuk warehouse utilized basin trucks for transport.
