Iran Seeks Boosting Economic Ties with Philippines, Libya, Bangladesh & India

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi called for reinforcing relations with the Philippines, Libya, Bangladesh, and India, particularly in the fields of economy and trade.

Raisi’s remarks came as new ambassadors from the four countries submitted their credentials in Tehran on Sunday.

The leader affirmed the importance of serious efforts to activate the mutual potential ties between Iran and the four countries to enhance the level of ties in all sectors.

He also wished the ambassadors success in carrying out their missions during their stay in Iran.

On their part, the ambassadors emphasized their seriousness in pursuing the objectives of their missions and expanding bilateral interactions between their respective countries and Iran.

Meanwhile, the Iranian president will embark on an African tour on Tuesday, including Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Uganda.
