Arab Parliament Condemns Bombing at Somali Military Academy

The Arab Parliament has issued a strong condemnation of the suicide bombing that targeted the Jaale Siyaad Military Academy in Mogadishu, the capital of the Federal Republic of Somalia. This horrific incident resulted in the death and injury of several military personnel.

The Arab Parliament expressed full solidarity with the Federal Republic of Somalia, supporting its protective measures to safeguard its territories. They reaffirmed their commitment to assisting Somalia’s efforts in preserving security and stability and combating extremism and terrorism. The parliament reiterated its steadfast position on the necessity for international community efforts to eliminate extremist terrorist organizations and drain their financial resources.

The Arab Parliament conveyed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to His Excellency Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, along with its government, parliament, and people, and to the families of the victims. They also wished a speedy recovery to all those injured in the incident.
