The Saudi Foreign Ministry has expressed the kingdom’s total rejection and condemnation of the Israeli settler’s attacks on several Palestinian villages in the West Bank, resulting in innocent victims and casualties. The ministry reiterated its unwavering support for international efforts to reach a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, based on international legality decisions and the Arab Peace Initiative. It also extended condolences to the victims’ families and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.
Likewise, the Sultanate of Oman voiced its condemnation and denunciation of the ongoing attacks by Israeli settlers on several Palestinian villages and camps in the West Bank. The Omani Foreign Ministry expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the victims’ families, asserting its solidarity with the Palestinian people in achieving their legitimate rights. It called on the international community for effective action to uphold international law and end the illegitimate aggression and occupation of Palestinian lands, aiming for just and comprehensive peace.
From Doha, the State of Qatar strongly condemned the brutal Israeli settler attacks on several villages in the occupied Palestinian territories, leading to the martyrdom and injury of unarmed civilians, especially women and children. The Qatari Foreign Ministry warned in a statement that the ongoing Israeli occupation crimes against the Palestinian people and their properties and service facilities “will widen the circle of violence and hinder the resumption of the peace process based on international decisions and the Arab Peace Initiative”. It emphasised the “urgent need for the international community to compel the Israeli occupation to stop its horrific crimes in the occupied Palestinian territories and bring their perpetrators to justice.”
The ministry reiterated Qatar’s consistent and supportive stance on the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, primarily their right to establish their independent state within the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
In addition, the General Secretariat of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation strongly condemned the escalation in organized terror exercised by Israeli settler gangs and occupation forces against several Palestinian towns, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of dozens of Palestinian citizens, along with the burning of homes, cars, and damage to properties. It deemed this a “continuous war crime that necessitates taking measures to hold the perpetrators accountable and achieve justice”. The organisation held the Israeli occupation fully and directly responsible for the continuation of these crimes, insisting that Israel’s impunity and the international community’s failure to fulfil its responsibilities has encouraged Israel to persist in its ongoing crimes and its illegal colonial occupation of Palestinian land. It also called for providing international protection to the Palestinian people.
