Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that Israel has struck the Houthi forces, highlighting that the consequences are visible for anyone attacking Israel. In a joint press conference with Minister Gideon Saar, Netanyahu stated, “Shifting power balances bring new alliances to Israel because it emerges victorious.. Unity is crucial to eliminate Hamas.”

Netanyahu mentioned, “The return of Gideon Saar to the government is a step towards unifying our ranks. Saar will contribute to managing the war… We are engaged in a war on seven fronts.. We shattered Hamas in Gaza, and struck Hezbollah and the Houthis.”

He also said, quoting the Torah, “I will pursue my enemies and destroy them. When I ordered the assassination of Hassan Nasrallah, we all knew that an entire nation stood behind this decision.”

Netanyahu continued, “I said yesterday that we are experiencing great days, yet these are also days filled with challenges… Great because we are changing the strategic reality in the Middle East.” He emphasized, “Our enemies and our friends are starting to see Israel as it truly is: a strong, decisive, and powerful state.”

Netanyahu added, “Fellow Israelis: These are also difficult days. Even now, we must not forget that we are still in the midst of a costly and challenging war.”

Gideon Saar also spoke, “Considering the current situation and after reflecting, I realized that continuing in the opposition is pointless, given that most of its members hold different and even divergent views from mine regarding the war.”

He affirmed, “Now is the time when it is my duty to try to contribute at the decision-making table… In recent days, the Netanyahu-led government has shown remarkable determination. The Israeli military has acted impeccably even in the later stages of the war, where determination and caution were required.”

Saar concluded, “We are engaged in a fierce war… Difficult days lie ahead… The dangers are not yet over.”
