Iran: We Want to Establish Strong Relations With Libya

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Nasser Kanaani, expressed Iran’s desire to establish official relations with Libya during a press conference on Monday.

Kanaani highlighted the importance of Libya to Iran and revealed that an ambassador has been chosen to represent Iran in the country.

The administrative process for the ambassador’s appointment is currently underway, and Iran hopes to establish official relations with Libya in the near future, Kanaani told reporters
