Yemen’s Ansar Allah Group Calls for Arab Coalition Withdrawal, Threatens Renewed Military Action and Strikes Against Israel.
In a statement issued today, the Yemeni group Ansar Allah, also known as the Houthis, called on the Arab Coalition to schedule its withdrawal from Yemen.
The group warned of potentially resuming military operations against the coalition and reiterated threats against Israel, promising continued strikes deep into Israeli territory in support of the Palestinian people.
The group’s spokesperson, broadcasted on Al-Masirah TV, shared statements from the Defense Minister of the Ansar Allah government, Major General Mohammed Al-Atifi, during a graduation ceremony for 4,000 students from military and naval academies.
Al-Atifi emphasized that the long-standing patience of the group should not be mistaken for weakness, warning those opposing and besieging the Yemeni people for the past decade.
Al-Atifi further cautioned against crossing red lines and interfering in Yemen’s internal affairs, stressing the need for invaders to promptly begin planning their withdrawal from Yemeni lands and islands. He highlighted the military readiness and bitterness that aggressors would face if they failed to comply.
The Defense Minister also noted significant advancements in military training and the modernization of the industrial military complex, preparing for all eventualities.
He affirmed ongoing efforts to build a defensive military force capable of asserting the political and military equations necessary to maintain the sovereignty of the Yemeni Republic over its territories.
Additionally, Al-Atifi reiterated threats towards Israel, vowing to continue impactful strikes targeting the depths of Israeli forces.
