The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip disclosed on Friday that Israeli occupation forces are detaining a World Health Organization (WHO) aid convoy just 50 meters away from the Nasser Medical Complex.

According to a press statement from the ministry, the convoy being held in the vicinity of the Nasser complex includes high-ranking UN officials.

The detained convoy consists of two trucks, one loaded with fuel and the other with water and food, and has been held for over 7 hours.

The ministry further detailed that Israeli forces have dug several trenches in front of and behind the UN aid convoy, effectively blocking its access to the Nasser Medical Complex
