The National Crime Agency (NCA) in the United Kingdom is set to strengthen its digital assets investigation team by recruiting four senior investigators for its Complex Financial Crime Team, focusing on cryptocurrency-related offenses.

The appointed investigators will be tasked with probing high-end crypto fraud, money laundering, and other blockchain-based crimes orchestrated by organized crime syndicates.

They will collaborate with a surveillance team and the London police to tackle these emerging challenges.

Applicants for the positions are required to possess a current or active Professionalising Investigation Programme Level 2 accreditation or an equivalent government-issued qualification in investigative crime.

The salary for these roles will range from £34,672 to £38,314 ($44,145 to $48,782.92), in addition to other civil service benefits.
