Egyptian Silver Stars and Emirati Al Fursan teams participated in the El-Alamein Air Show 2023 that kicked off in New Alamein City, Egypt.

Aircraft from Egypt and the UAE jointly displayed their aerobatic activities across the Mediterranean coastal city of New Alamein.

Meanwhile, Egyptian Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Aly Moselhy recently stated that the Arab Republic entered talks with the UAE for $400 million to finance wheat purchases.

Moselhy highlighted that the funding would be provided by the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development with payments of $3.78 billion. This comes amid hiking prices due to Russian withdrawal from the Black Sea grain deal which had facilitated the supply of Ukrainian and Russian grains to global markets.

“We are not pleased with the Russian withdrawal from the UN grain-export deal,” Moselhy told Bloomberg.
