Tunisian FM Stresses Need to End Human Trafficking

Tunisian Foreign Minister, Nabil Ammar, has stated that the international conference hosted by Italy to discuss the issue of irregular migration, taking place tomorrow, Sunday, was a Tunisian idea that received a positive response from Italy.

In a statement to the Middle East News Agency, the Minister emphasized that the priorities of Tunisia at this conference are confronting crime and human trafficking. He stressed the need to discuss all solutions related to irregular migration from a comprehensive perspective, addressing all points related to this phenomenon, and finding suitable solutions in partnership with all parties involved.

Expressing his hopes for the success of the conference, Minister Ammar emphasized the importance of finding effective ways to combat irregular migration within a comprehensive approach based on partnership and promoting investment in the affected countries.
