The spokesperson for the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Ksenia Alexandrova, has announced that Russia and China are planning to inaugurate a joint production center to bolster Russian art, culture, and sports in China.
According to “Russia Today”, Alexandrova explained that a company is currently in its establishment phase, which will collaborate with Chinese investors to enhance Russian culture, arts, and sports in China.
She added that this center serves as a joint venture between the Creative Industries Committee of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and its Chinese partners. Alexandrova revealed that there are three agencies involved in the project: the first agency will be responsible for organizing shows, exhibitions, and theater performances, the second one will promote Russian artists and bloggers, and the third one will act as a recruitment agency selecting trainers and teachers.
The press service of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs reported that the project already has locations and investors, and it is also supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China.
Among the joint Russian-Chinese projects under this initiative, Alexandrova mentioned the current tour of Evgeni Plushenko’s ice exhibition in China. In the fall, an ice show tour by Tatiana Navka and roving exhibitions by Russian artists in China are planned, with theater performances also under construction.
She noted that teachers specializing in fields such as boxing, wrestling, ice skating, ballet, acting, and film photography are currently most in demand.
