In a demonstration of solidarity and calls for peace, dozens of Israelis gathered in Tel Aviv on Saturday, demanding an immediate halt to the Israeli military offensive in the Gaza Strip.
They also called for a swift agreement on the exchange of all prisoners, as reported by the Hebrew newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth.”
Earlier, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that the two massacres committed by Israeli forces against the Al-Fakhoura and Tel Al-Zeitar schools had resulted in the deaths of hundreds of Palestinians.
Israeli forces had carried out the massacre at the Tel Al-Zeitar school in northern Gaza simultaneously with the massacre at the Al-Fakhoura school.
The ongoing shelling of northern Gaza, including the use of white phosphorus shells, further escalated the humanitarian crisis.
Another tragic incident involved an attack on the Hassan Yassin Abu Habal family in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, where their home, housing 32 family members, was struck by Israeli airstrikes.
These events have sparked outrage and protests, not only in Gaza but also among some Israelis who are advocating for an end to the violence and a resolution to the conflict.
The calls for an immediate ceasefire and the exchange of prisoners resonate with those who seek a peaceful solution to the ongoing crisis.
The situation in Gaza remains dire, with civilians bearing the brunt of the conflict’s consequences.
