A Jordanian military source reported that urgent medical supplies were airdropped for the Jordanian field hospital in Gaza.
The Jordanian Army stated, “This airdrop operation aims to bolster the capabilities of our field hospital in Gaza.”
This operation was conducted in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates and Qatar to enhance and develop the hospital’s facilities and increase the medical staff’s ability to provide health and treatment services, thereby alleviating the struggles of the residents of the Gaza Strip.
This information was released by Jordanian media outlets citing sources within the Jordanian Army.
A few days prior, the Jordanian Army carried out a similar operation, delivering medical supplies and equipment to the Jordanian field hospital in the Gaza Strip.
Notably, King Abdullah II of Jordan delivered a compelling speech, urgently calling for immediate action to halt the horrific war in Gaza, where innocent lives are being lost.
The King emphasized that the ongoing violence and destruction must cease immediately to prevent a major clash that could have severe repercussions not just regionally, but globally.
The King highlighted that the injustice in Gaza did not start a month ago but is a continuation of a struggle spanning over seven decades.
This period has been characterized by a mentality of isolation and aggression, where sacred sites and basic rights have been under constant threat, with civilians bearing the brunt of the violence.
King Abdullah II stressed that this same mentality aiming to render Gaza uninhabitable is also targeting mosques, churches, hospitals, killing medics, relief workers, children, the elderly, and women.
