The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, revealed today (Saturday) the alleged use by Israeli soldiers and foreign nationals of aid trucks to liberate hostages, but an Israeli army spokesman denied the use of aid trucks or the American sidewalk to enter Nusayrat.

Francesca tweeted on her account in “X”: “The liberation of Israeli hostages came at the expense of killing at least 200 Palestinians, including children, and injuring more than 400 others at the hands of Israel and alleged foreign soldiers, while they hid treacherously in an aid truck. This is a humanitarian camouflage on another level,” she added, “Israel used hostages to legitimize the killing, injuring, disfiguring, and starving of Palestinians in Gaza, while violence against Palestinians escalates in the rest of the occupied territories and Israel.”
