Egyptian President: All Foreign Forces Must Leave Libya

In press conference, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi called for, Sunday, the removal of all foreign forces, mercenaries, and militias from Libya.This statement was made during a joint press conference with the Mauritanian President, highlighting the concerns surrounding the Libyan crisis.

President El-Sisi emphasized the importance of stability in Libya, pointing out that both he and his Mauritanian counterpart discussed and agreed on the necessity of a complete withdrawal of all foreign troops, mercenaries, and militias, without exception. This consensus underscores the shared objective to restore peace and normalcy to Libya.

This call for action from Egypt’s leader amplifies the global concern over the ongoing conflict in Libya and the need for concerted efforts to achieve lasting peace in the region.
