The National News Agency of Lebanon reported today (Wednesday) that Israeli aircraft launched airstrikes on the outskirts of the towns of Naqoura and Jabal Al-Lubnaneh in southern Lebanon, resulting in one casualty and one injury.

The Lebanese group Hezbollah announced on Tuesday that its fighters targeted the headquarters of the Northern Command of the Israeli Army in the city of Safed (Dado Base) with several drones.

The Israeli military stated that its aircraft conducted airstrikes last night on several Hezbollah military infrastructures in Kafar Kila in southern Lebanon. Additionally, a Hezbollah infrastructure in the village of Yaroun was targeted.

The Israeli military also reported artillery strikes on various areas in southern Lebanon.

This escalation follows recent tensions in the region, indicating a heightened state of conflict. The airstrikes and artillery shelling signify a significant increase in military activities, underscoring the ongoing volatility in the Israel-Lebanon border area.

The incident has drawn international attention, with concerns about the potential for further escalation and the impact on regional stability.
