In a meticulously planned operation within Somalia’s central Hiran region, the Somali National Armed Forces successfully neutralized 23 al-Shabab terrorists.
According to a statement released by the Somali army and reported by the Somali News Agency (SONNA) on Friday, the military operation not only resulted in the elimination of these militants but also led to the destruction of three operational centers and 20 combat vehicles owned by the terrorist group.
The statement highlighted a significant setback for the terrorist organization, emphasizing that their losses have substantially increased due to recent successful military endeavors carried out by the Somali army.
