During the past week, Germany delivered to Kyiv two Wisent 1 mine-clearing vehicles, three Vector reconnaissance drones, and nine armored vehicles for border guards, bringing the total value of its aid to the Kyiv government to 17 billion euros.

In addition to these deliveries, Germany also sent five SurveilSPIRE reconnaissance systems, 11 tank-mounted mine-clearing devices for T-72 tanks, and five mobile air communication towers to Ukraine.

The announcement of this new package of aid, which includes 25 Leopard 1 tanks and 40 Marder armored vehicles, was made during the recent NATO summit in Vilnius.

The total value of this new aid package amounts to 700 million euros, making the overall military, financial, and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine from Germany reach approximately 17 billion euros since February 2022.
