Saudi humanitarian aid continues to flow into Beirut by air to assist the Lebanese people in coping with critical conditions. On Tuesday, a third relief plane, organized by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, departed from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, carrying food, medical supplies, and shelter materials to Beirut International Airport.

This initiative follows the directives of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering caused by Lebanon’s humanitarian crisis.

Lebanon is grappling with a worsening humanitarian crisis due to escalating conflict, especially in southern regions. Over one million people have been displaced, with many sheltering in overcrowded sites. Israeli airstrikes have caused significant civilian casualties, and critical infrastructure, including healthcare services, is strained. Basic necessities such as food, shelter, and medical supplies are in urgent demand. Humanitarian organizations are warning of catastrophic conditions as hostilities continue, emphasizing the need for immediate aid and coordinated international relief efforts.
