A confrontation between Palestinian protesters and Israeli occupation forces in the village of Kafr Qaddum, located in the eastern part of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank, led to several Palestinians being injured by rubber-coated metal bullets on Friday.

According to Palestinian sources, the clashes erupted during the weekly anti-settlement march and resulted in the injury of seven Palestinian civilians by metal bullets.

Additionally, dozens suffered from suffocation due to the inhalation of toxic tear gas, and they received immediate medical treatment at the scene.

The clashes highlight the ongoing tensions in the region and the continued resistance of Palestinians against the Israeli occupation.

The use of rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas has been a subject of concern, as they have been known to cause severe injuries and health complications among protesters.
