Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry expresses its welcome to the outcomes of the Arab League meeting aimed at supporting political settlement in Libya. Stay updated on Saudi Arabia’s stance on Libya’s political situation.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed the outcomes of the meeting hosted by the Arab League, which included the President of the Libyan Presidential Council, the President of the Libyan House of Representatives, and the President of the High Council of State, to support the political settlement aiming at holding presidential and parliamentary elections in Libya.

The Saudi Foreign Ministry reiterated the Kingdom’s support for all Arab and international efforts aimed at achieving security and stability for Libya and its people.

It expressed Saudi Arabia’s standing and solidarity with everything that ensures progress and prosperity for Libya and its people, while achieving their national interests.
