Algeria & Saudi Arabia Discuss Security Cooperation

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune met with Saudi Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud to discuss the bilateral relations and existing security cooperation between the two nations.

This meeting took place on Monday at the presidential headquarters in the capital city of Algeria.

The encounter, a part of the Saudi Minister’s official visit to Algeria, underscored the deepening ties between the two countries.

A statement from the Algerian presidency detailed the extensive discussions that occurred between President Tebboune and the accompanying Saudi delegation, in the presence of Algerian Interior Minister Ibrahim Merad.

The discussions are indicative of the strengthening relationship between Algeria and Saudi Arabia, particularly in terms of security cooperation.

This meeting is seen as a significant step in bolstering the bilateral ties and collaborative efforts in security matters between the two nations.
