Saudi Arabia‘s General Authority for Geospatial Information has disclosed the official map of the Kingdom, featuring internationally recognized borders. The map, accessible in both Arabic and English languages, is provided to all governmental entities, the private sector, academia, individuals, and media outlets.

The digital formats of this official map can be accessed through the Authority’s website. It offers official maps of the Kingdom in various drawing sizes and for different purposes.

The Authority has emphasized the importance for government entities representing Saudi Arabia in organizations, conferences, forums, and international geospatial-related gatherings to provide the event organizers with the updated official maps. These maps correctly illustrate the Kingdom’s terrestrial, maritime boundaries, and islands.

Entities have been advised against publishing any maps of Saudi Arabia on digital platforms, media channels, books, or official brochures other than the official map of the Kingdom.

Saudi Arabia has been keen on reinforcing its territorial sovereignty and ensuring clear demarcations of its borders. The release of this official map underscores the Kingdom’s efforts in solidifying its global position and emphasizing clarity in geopolitical matters.
