Four Israelis were injured in shootings carried out by a Palestinian near the Rihan crossing in Shamla, Al-Samiriyya, north of the occupied West Bank on Tuesday and prompted the arrival of a medical team to provide immediate assistance.

The shooting took place in close proximity to the village of Yabad, with two separate locations near Jenin being targeted, Israeli media reported.

The Palestinian perpetrator reportedly opened fire from his vehicle, specifically targeting an Israeli vehicle in the vicinity of Jenin.

As a result, four Israeli settlers sustained injuries, while the assailant managed to escape towards Yabad.
