The Civil Protection sector in Tunisia reported the tragic death of 20 individuals and 408 injuries due to various accidents in the last 24 hours.
The Civil Protection authority, in a statement, revealed that its units had carried out a total of 521 interventions.

These included 95 fire extinguishing operations, 115 road rescue and medical aid operations, and 290 interventions providing first aid outside of traffic accidents.

This alarming number of casualties sheds light on the urgent need for heightened safety measures and awareness programs to prevent such unfortunate incidents.

While the authorities continue their efforts to maintain public safety, they also urge the public to exercise maximum caution, especially when on the roads, and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
