A Turkish drone strike killed three people in northern Iraq on Wednesday, according to Iraqi Kurdish security sources and a local official.
The attack set a vehicle on fire near Iraq’s northern province of Sulaymaniyah, killing all three passengers.
The identities of the casualties were not immediately known, the sources added.
Turkey frequently conducts airstrikes against PKK militants in northern Iraq and maintains several military outposts in the region.
The PKK, which launched an insurgency against Ankara in 1984, initially aimed to establish an independent Kurdish state.
