Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ayman al-Safadi, engages in discussions with German and French counterparts on efforts to secure a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and streamline humanitarian aid delivery.

Al-Safadi stresses the urgency of ending aggression and addressing the humanitarian crisis affecting over two million Palestinians in Gaza during a phone call with German Foreign Minister, Annalena Baerbock, emphasizing the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 2728.

Additionally, Al-Safadi contacts French Foreign Minister, Jean-Yves Le Drian, to mobilize international support for halting aggression and addressing the humanitarian disaster facing Gaza, highlighting the importance of full aid access and opening all land crossings to meet Gaza’s humanitarian needs.

Both ministers affirm the importance of implementing UN Security Council Resolution 2728, calling for a ceasefire in Gaza during the holy month of Ramadan.
