The media office of the Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security has confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces have carried out a new massacre targeting hundreds of displaced individuals inside the Orthodox Church in Gaza City.

This heinous act has resulted in a significant number of casualties, including both fatalities and injuries.

The tragic incident underscores the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where innocent civilians, including displaced families seeking shelter in places of worship, continue to suffer from the consequences of conflict.

International attention and calls for an immediate ceasefire and peaceful resolution have intensified as the situation in the region remains critical. The Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem expressed its “strongest condemnation” of the strike.
