The Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement announced on Saturday that it struck the Israeli settlement of Dafna with dozens of Katyusha rockets.
This attack was in retaliation to the Israeli assault on civilians in the town of Burj Al-Muluk. According to a post on the X account of the Middle East Observer, this marks the first time Dafna has been targeted in Hezbollah’s fire plan.
Hezbollah also bombed three new settlements for the first time in response to Israeli attacks on civilians in Safad al-Batikh, Majdal Salam, and Shaqra.
Israeli media reported that Hezbollah fired 45 missiles at Galilee and the Golan Heights on Saturday afternoon.
