The Algerian Handball Federation has officially announced that Algeria will host both the Handball Super Cup and the African Clubs Championship for cup-winning teams in handball.

The federation made the announcement via its official Facebook page, confirming the signing of a protocol agreement to organize these two prestigious African handball competitions for both men and women.
The agreement was signed on Sunday during the Super Globe Championship held in Saudi Arabia.
The protocol agreement was signed by Karima Talib, the President of the Algerian Handball Federation, and Mansourou Aremou, the President of the African Handball Confederation (CAHB), showcasing a strong commitment to the development and promotion of handball in Algeria and across Africa.
The city of Oran has been chosen as the venue for these two highly anticipated African handball events. The schedule is as follows:
The 31st edition of the Handball Super Cup for both men and women is set to take place on April 14th and 15th, 2024.
The 40th edition of the African Clubs Championship for cup-winning teams will be held from April 18th to April 27th, 2024.
