Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune reaffirmed on Thursday the state’s commitment to recover embezzled funds that were transferred abroad and properties acquired unlawfully outside the country.

During a meeting with economic entrepreneurs marking the conclusion of Entrepreneurship Days at the International Conference Center in the capital, President Tebboune stated that “the European Union has given preliminary approval in this regard.”
